RULES
1. All samples of threshed grain and sheaf samples must conform in size and specifications listed below. All sheaf samples must be attractively tied in three places with blue or gold (yellow) ties.  Sheaf grain and forage for seed, leaves should be stripped.
2. All agronomy exhibits may be gathered from areas outside the supervised Farming Projects.
3. All crop entries prepared and exhibited for competition must have been prepared by the students.
4. Any entries in the Agronomy Division that are found to have been shown in previous years will disqualify that individual for all premiums for that year. The Agronomy Committee shall have responsibility for making this decision.

RULES:
1. A student can show only one notebook and one record book in any one year with the current year's notes being the last entry,  except that he/she may enter one extra notebook in one of the following classes: Classes 30;31;32. Second, third and fourth year notebooks shall contain only the material from that respective year or category, not from the previous year.
2. The notebooks should be selected and evaluated by the Vocational Agriculture Instructor to ensure only the top quality notebooks being shown at the State Fair. (Classes 1 -8 should be typed, 9 -16 written).
3. The notebooks should be classroom notes from classes that are related to Production Agriculture/Agribusiness classes.
4. Record Books shown in Classes 17 -20 should be records emphasizing Livestock and Crop Production. These record books are to be the last completed year's records.
5. Record books shown in Classes 21 -23 should be records emphasizing work experience or agriculture related enterprises.  These record books are to be the last completed year's records.
