CARCASS ENTRY FORMS DUE AT THE FAIR OFFICE:
Friday, July 11, 5 p.m.
CARCASS ANIMALS DUE: Tuesday, July 22
A Carcass Superintendent will notify each exhibitor where and what time
their animal is to be delivered for slaughter.
NOTE: All exhibitors are responsible for transportation of carcass
animal to slaughter house. Exhibitors are responsible for the slaughter
and fabrication of carcass animals. All animals must be delivered by 12:00
noon on Tuesday, July 22 to be eligible for the Carcass contest. All
animals must meet the carcass weight requirements to be eligible for the
contest. Live weights are no longer required.

Beef (Carcass) 600#/900#
Lamb (Carcass) 55#/75#
Hog (Carcass) 150#/190#

1st -$100; 2nd -$75; 3rd -$50; 4th -$25; 5th -$15

1st -$50; 2nd -$40; 3rd -$30; 4th -$20; 5th -$10
