ARRIVAL NO LATER THAN: Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at noon.
RELEASE TIME: Sunday, July 27, 2008 at 6 a.m.
SHOW TIME:

1. NOTE: Read all General Rules and Regulations for Livestock before making entry.
2. With the consent of all current dairy exhibitors, and superintendents, any lactating production cow, under stress due to changes in food, water, and/or other conditions shall be released if the exhibitor so wishes, for the benefit of the animals health, at the close of the dairy show on Friday afternoon. As long as she has been on exhibit from Wednesday through the day of the dairy show.  This applies to lactating production animals only, including any animal freshing during the Fair.  All other exhibits must stay in place until Sunday morning.
3. The times for the different livestock shows are listed in the front of the book under Calendar of Events.
4. All bulls, over yearlings, must be shown with nose leads.

At least three animals must have been bred by exhibitor.  Animals may be owned by one or more exhibitors.

19. Breeders Get-Of-Sire, group to consist of four animals, either sex; not more than two bulls, any age, the get of one sire, at least three to have been bred by exhibitor. Sire to be named.
20. Produce of Dam, group to consist of two animals, any age, either sex, the product of one cow. The dam must be named. Each exhibitor is limited to one group entry from the same dam.  All animals owned by the exhibitor.

DIVISION 16 -SHOWMANSHIP
RULES
1. Showmanship contestants must own and show their own animal.
2. No boars, dairy bulls, beef bulls or bucks will be allowed in ANY
4-H Showmanship event.
3. Junior Champion in each species receives a Special Award and Rosette.
4. Intermediate Champion in each species receives a trip to the Wyoming State Fair to represent Park County in the State Contest.
5. Senior Champion in each species wins a trip to the Wyoming State Fair to represent Park County in the State Contest.
Park County Farm Bureau Federation will donate a belt buckle
to the Grand Champion Senior 4-H Showmanship.

Class: DAIRY
1. BEGINNER: First and second year 4-Hers under 10. (This class is for 4-Hers with limited prior experience one entry time only.)
2. JUNIOR: Age 8 -10 as of Jan.1 of current year.
3. INTERMEDIATE: Age 11 -13 as of Jan.1 of current year.
4. SENIOR: Age 14 and older as of Jan.1 of current year.
