Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Park County Fair. We are now accepting applications for 2018 vendor booth space! Fair dates are:
Tuesday, July 24th - Saturday, July 28th 2018
Enclosed, please find a map of the vendor areas. Please indicate on the map your preferred booth space and return the map with your application and payment. We will do our best to be accommodating, however, please review Section 2 of the contract terms and conditions.
Be sure to complete the Vendor Booth Application portion and carefully review the terms and conditions before applying your signature and the date to the final page. Please note, the Park County Fair will require a cleaning deposit in the amount of $100 for the 2018 Fair. This ensures that garbage, cardboard boxes and used cooking oil are not left on the grounds and that they have all been disposed of appropriately at the Garbage Depot. Grease should not be dumped ANY WHERE on the grounds except in the grease dumpster. Grey water should be dumped in the drains located east of the sheep barns. All vendors need to provide a SEPARATE cleaning deposit check. All vendors will need to checkout prior to leaving the fairgrounds on Sunday, July 29th. During the checkout process, a member of the Park County Fair Board will review the vendor space and return the cleaning deposit if it is free of trash, garbage and cooking oil/grease, etc.

The Vendor Booth Application is due to the FAIR office by June 1, 2018, however, the proof of liability insurance certificate must be on file in the FAIR office by July 1, 2018, to finalize your contract. This allows vendors to receive approval for a booth before having to obtain the required insurance. THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THE APPLICATION IS SIGNED BY A PARK COUNTY FAIR AUTHORITY AND UNTIL PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE CERTIFICATE IS ON FILE WITH THE FAIR OFFICE by July 1, 2018.
All food and product vendors are required to provide a proof of liability insurance certificate as described in Section 10 of the contract terms and conditions. It is MANDATORY that all FOOD/CONCESSION and PRODUCT VENDORS participating in the Park County Fair obtain at the PERMITTEES expense, and provide the FAIR with a proof of liability insurance certificate, from a company licensed to do business in Wyoming, with the terms of coverage to include move-in and move-out dates and evidencing a minimum of $500,000.00 liability coverage and $100,000.00 property damage coverage. All food vendors are required to provide proof of product liability insurance as well. This policy MUST **NOT** NAME Park County, the Park County Events Department, or the Park County Fair as additional insured. The insurance certificate holder is: Park County Fair, 655 East 5th Street, Powell, Wyoming 82435.
Once we have reviewed the booth applications, selected vendors will receive confirmation from our office. We will contact you via phone or electronically to inform you of our selection. Upon approval, the FAIR will provide a vendor packet which will include a copy of the executed contract and other pertinent information, as well as the admission and parking passes included in your booth fee upon your arrival. If you are not selected, any booth or camping fees rendered with application will be returned to you.
